Exploring Philadelphia
[youtube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iW1AJ36EWPU&w=640&h=360] Hello all!
In this travel vlog we set out to explore the beautiful city of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Since we were pressed for time we made our way to the Reading Terminal Market, which is the nation's oldest continuous farmers market. The market has the traditional stands where they sell local fresh fruits and vegetables and there are also a variety of shops selling their homemade goods. From fudge to beef jerkey to fresh bread - this is you can can get a taste of quality Amish products as they have a huge presence in the market. Unfortunately, I could buy as much as I wanted for fear it would spoil, but luckily the market also has several small restaurants. The food here was fantastic and the market has a restaurant or shop to satisfy every craving.
After eating breakfast we made out way down to the Liberty Center where we were able to see the Liberty Bell. Right across the street from the Liberty Center is the Independence Hall, while we were not able to go inside, we hung out in the park before heading back to our AirBnB. So if you're interested in seeing what Philadelphia is like during the summer, check this vlog out.
